Location: Mayfair, London

Working pattern: Hybrid, with Fridays working from home

\n\n

Salary: £55,000 – £75,000, depending on experience

\n\n

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a personable, proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a boutique wealth management firm based in Mayfair. This is a 1:1 EA role within a close-knit and sociable team of around 35 people. The firm has a very personable culture, and this role would suit someone who enjoys building strong relationships, being a key point of contact, and playing an integral part in the smooth running of the business.

\n\n

The current EA is relocating overseas, and the firm are looking for someone who can step into the role with confidence, warmth and a hands-on approach. They are open to seeing a range of experience levels, but the successful candidate will need to be polished, engaging and comfortable working in a boutique financial services environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Providing 1:1 executive support to the CEO, including diary management, inbox management, travel arrangements and general day-to-day support
  • \n\t
  • Managing CRM and assisting with relationship management across clients and contacts
  • \n\t
  • Processing expenses and providing wider administrative support
  • \n\t
  • Supporting with events, marketing activity and company events
  • \n\t
  • Providing some private support to the CEO where required
  • \n\t
  • Assisting with operational support across the business
  • \n

The ideal candidate will:

    \n\t
  • \n\t

    Have experience as an EA ideally from boutique finance, wealth management, investment or another professional services environment

    \n\t
  • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Be highly organised, proactive and able to use initiative

    \n\t
  • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Have a strong personality and enjoy working in a personable, sociable team

    \n\t
  • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Be confident, polished and professional in their communication style

    \n\t
  • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Be happy working in a varied role that combines executive support, administration, events and operational support

  • \n
